Shares Collaterals

Share Collaterals panel allows you to track all collaterals associated with equity investment. The details included are:

• Nature Of Collateral: Displays the nature of the collateral.
• Listed/Unlisted: Displays whether the shares are listed or unlisted.
• Script ID: Displays the script ID. If you don’t know the scrip ID, click on the search () icon. A new window is opened. Enter the details and the Script ID will be auto-filled.
• No. Of Share: Displays the number of shares pledged as collateral.
• Price Type: Displays the price type days.
• CCY: Displays the currency on which the shares are traded.
• Price: Displays price per share.
• Price (USD): Displays price per share in USD.
• Total Value Of Collateral: Displays total value of Collateral.
• As of: Displays the date on which the assets have been valued.
• Personal Guarantee: Displays if there is a personal guarantee provided.
• Corporate Guarantee: Displays if there is a corporate guarantee provided.

To modify Shares Collaterals, follow the below steps:

1. Click on Add Collateral button in the top right corner of the panel.

2. The field will be activated. Update the details and click the Check () button to save the details.

3. To edit the Shares Collateral, click on Edit () button in the Action column. Update the details and click on Check () button to save.

4. To delete the Shares Collateral, click on Delete () button in the Action column. The Delete window is displayed. Click OK to delete the collateral details.
