List View
The default view of the Query Management module is the List view. The following details will be visible to AIF in the list view.
- Ticket no
- Subject
- Fund
- Deal
- Status
- Action
Click on actions at the top of the list to perform the following operations
- Search: Click on the search icon to search for a specific ticket.
- Advanced Search: Click on the Advanced Search icon to search a specific ticket using advanced search options.
- Filters: AIF can use the filter option to filter the tickets based on certain parameters. User can also create a custom view by clicking on create filter icon.
