Real Estate Collaterals

Real Estate Collateral panel allows you to track all collaterals associated with real estate investment. The details included are:

  • Nature Of Collateral: Displays the collateral if it is land, building, or others.
  • Area (sqm): Displays the area of the collateral in square meters.
  • Prices per SQM(USD): Displays the prices of the collateral per square meter in USD.
  • RE Land (USD): Displays the total value of the collateral in USD, in case it is a land.
  • RE Buildings (USD): Displays the total value of the collateral in USD, in case it is building.
  • RE Others: Displays the total value of the collateral in USD, in case it is other than land and building.
  • Total Value of Collateral: Displays the total value of the different real estate collaterals in USD.
  • As of: Displays the date on which the assets have been valued.
  • Personal Guarantee:  Displays if there is a personal guarantee provided.
  • Corporate Guarantee: Displays if there is a corporate guarantee provided.
To modify Real Estate Collaterals, follow the below steps:

1. Click on Add Collateral button in the top right corner of the panel.


2. The field will be activated. Update the details and click the Check () button to save the details.


3. To edit the RE Collateral, click on Edit () button in the Action column. Update the details and click on Check () button to save.

4. To delete the RE Collateral, click on Delete () button in the Action column. The Delete window is displayed. Click OK to delete the collateral details.
