Drawdown/ Distribution History

This panel captures the history of drawdown/distribution entries. Following details are captured under this panel :- 

⦁ Drawdown/Distribution Number:- This is an auto-populated field that captures the name of the fund raising the drawdown/distribution request, type of request raised- drawdown/distribution and their number. D/D will get numbered sequentially on the basis of the request raised and their subsequent approval by the SRI IM.

⦁ Letter Date:- Displays the date of issuing the drawdown notice.

⦁ GL Date/Due Date:-  Displays the date for making the payment.

⦁ Purpose/Heading:- Displays the purpose of raising the drawdown/distribution request.

⦁ Drawdown: - Displays the drawdown amount requested by AIF and approved by SRI.

⦁ Drawdown (%):- Displays the drawdown amount percentage.

⦁ Distribution: - Displays the net distribution amount by AIF to SRI.

⦁ Distribution (%):- Displays the distribution amount percentage.

⦁ Upload Type: Auto populates the upload type as manually.

⦁ Action: By clicking on view icon in action column , AIF user can view the details of drawdown request raised to SRI.
