Pre-Screening

This tab auto populates the preliminary information filled by an applicant in the webform . All the fields are non editable .The information that the applicant fills is divided into three panels which have been described below:

1. Basic Details

This panel contains the basic details of the fund, including contact details of the manager and representators.

2. Additional Information

This panel contains the additional information about the pipeline, including funds committed and invested up to the declared date.

3. Terms & Conditions

This panel specifies the terms and conditions of the venture. The applicant is required to accept and adhere to these terms and conditions mandatorily.

4. Pre-Screening Questionnaire

The applicant is required to answer the questionnaire during filing the application. It contains thirteen questions regarding previous ventures of the applicant and the SBI Venture Capital Fund.
