Query Management Information
Ticket Information
In this panel, the following fields will be visible to a user.
- Subject: - AIF user can add the subject of the ticket in this field.
- Ticket No: - This is an auto-generated field and is not editable.
- Fund: - AIF user can select the fund name for which ticket needs to be created from this field.
- Deal: - AIF user can select the name of the deal for which a ticket needs to be created from this field. This is a mandatory field.
- Status: - This is an auto-generated field with a status marked as ‘Open’.
- Category: - AIF user can manually select the stage of the deal from this field. This field is optional.
Description Information
In this panel, the below field will be visible to the AIF user.
- Query Description- The AIF user can add a detailed description of the ticket creation query in this field.
Solution Information
The solution field under this panel will be auto-populated.
